The February education exhibition tour of the Group of Russian State Universities RAСUS in Morocco has come to an end

The international education forum Forum international de l'Étudiant is very popular with school students and their parents. For each of them, the education exhibition is an opportunity to meet university representatives personally, ask the most relevant questions, and learn about popular study programs abroad.

The forum brought together more than 80 participants from Morocco and other countries of the world including universities, major higher and professional schools. This year the group of Russian State Universities RACUS alongside its main representative in Morocco, the Russian Higher Education Center ARESMA, became the only participants from Russia. The applicants learnt first-hand about the fields of study, the conditions of studying at the Russian universities and the peculiarities of the student life in Russia.

The future students were mostly interested in medical and engineering programs offered by the Russian universities: General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Civil Engineering, Architecture, IT-technologies, Mechanics, Geology and others. At the forum the renowned higher education Russian universities – members of the RACUS group were presented.

Everyone who attended the forum found out about:

· The beginning of the admission period in Russian universities;

· The list of documents needed for admission;

· The most popular and sought-after programs in 2024;

· The languages of instruction available in Russia.

Usually, it is the universities of the RACUS group which more than 80% of Moroccan students enter annually since these universities are recognized in Morocco and provide the opportunity to study in English or French.

In addition, this is facilitated by the long-lasting strengthening of the relations between the countries, since the economic and political ties are developing at a fast pace, which induces candidates to choose Russia as a study destination. Close relationship between the countries promises the Moroccan graduates from Russian universities great prospects in terms of future employment or starting their own business.

Having worked in the sphere of education for more than 30 years, we understand the difficulty and importance of choosing the university for every candidate and their parents. Therefore, the Group of Russian State Universities RACUS continues to promote Russian higher education among the youngsters via the main representative in Morocco, the Russian Higher Education Center ARESMA. Thanks to the office located in Rabat (Morocco), the applicants and their parents are provided with the opportunity to gather all the information in their country and apply to the chosen state university in Russia.
