“The week of Russian Higher Education” in Syria

On the 19th-23rd of August, 2007 RACUS organization together with the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Damascus organized and held the educational exhibition “The week of Russian Higher Education”. The event took place in the building of Russian Cultural Centre in Damascus.

For the period of exhibition interested candidates could obtain detailed information about the possibility of studying in Russian universities, familiarize with colorful leaflets describing the system of Russian education, admission procedure, available specialties etc.

The attention of the visitors was also called to video-films about the leading state universities of the European part of Russian Federation. In addition, promotional, informational materials and different presents were distributed.

The citizens of Syria will be further consulted on the process of admission and other questions in the representative offices of RACUS on the basis of Russian Cultural Centre in Damascus.
