Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Construction was established in 1930. Since the day of its foundation, the integration of science, education and modern technology has become the main guideline and key principle of training at the university. Upon successful completion of any Russian state university, the graduate gets higher education degree of Russian national standard indicating speciality and qualification. The graduate also gets EUROPEAN APPENDIX to the degree, which allows to apply for a prestigious job or continue education in 45 European countries signed up to the Bologna convention on the Recognition of Qualifications Concerning Higher Education.

During the initial registration procedure the student pays 200 EURO  entrance fee to cover the expenses on processing the official invitation, sending the original letter of invitation and other documents via Express Mail, meeting the student at the international airport in Moscow, transfer to railway station, meeting in Nizhny Novgorod and accompanying him/her to the university, drawing up documents, entry registration and application fees to university, etc. This amount does not include the cost of air/train tickets.
Food expenses are 150 EURO per month. On first entering the Russian Federation the students should have about 400 EURO to buy some basic necessities and personal things (clothes, dishes, etc.).
